This is a DIRECT HIRE, part-time position. *** OT will work a full day on Sundays and some weekday evenings*** Job Details: We have a fantastic part-time pediatric position available near Baltimore! We have a need for a dynamic Occupational Therapist to work in a local clinic. The clinic is about 20 minutes northwest of Baltimore, a terrific location for proximity to Baltimore without the traffic. If you're an OT who desires to work in an environment where you are professionally driven, this position is for YOU! * Occupational Therapist will work with a multidisciplinary team treating kids * OT will work a full day on Sundays and some weekday evenings * Home health hours can be added, if desired * Work a minimum of 15 hours per week (more if desired!) * You will report to the clinic owner, who is also a therapist * NOT a temp job! * You will be a W2 employee This position includes excellent mentorship, a benefits package, support from Clinical Director, and more! Qualifications: Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and a Maryland state license (or be eligible for the same). There are always positions available in Dialysis through this agency, something that is less reliable with other agencies. I agree that the pay is generally standard for the industry, the services/benefits provided are through far-flung HR types that do not seem to maintain a close relationship with the recruiters, reinforcing the feeling of being 'just a commodity'.
