Can be a travel rate Description: 4x10 Day/Night rotational: Typical schedules for 4x10 are currently 7a-530p M, T, TH, F and 9a-730p on Wednesdays. Weekend day shifts are always 12 hrs 7a-730p. Includes 2 call shifts per 4 week period. Includes weekends. 4x12: 48 hour rotational shifts. . All day shifts will be 7a start with the exception of Wednesdays 9a starts. All night shifts will be 7p start with exception of Wednesdays 9p start. Includes 2 call shifts per 4 week period and weekends. No set rotation cadence, will rotate as needed in week chunks to day/night
