Must be able to circulate in the OR (this is a requirement). Vaccination Requirements: COVID vaccine and booster are required at the time of submission (declinations not accepted). 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at the time of submission; if not available, an attestation stating the candidate will receive it prior to starting is acceptable. Candidate Location: Local candidates not accepted.
