Nursing ratios are 1:1 to 1:3/4, with floating required between NICU, PICU, and Burn units. Orientation includes 2-3 days of training. Shifts require every other weekend and holiday coverage, with no on-call duties. The NICU treats micro-premies and complex surgical cases, with an average stay of 40 days.
