Position Details ID: 64467766 Shift: Night (3x12-Hour, 19:00 - 07:00) Unit: 5 North/Step-down (20-bed, all private rooms) Patient Mix: Pulmonary (pneumonia, COPD, BiPAP/CPAP) Cardiac (a-fib, heart failure) Neuro (stroke) GI (bleed) Surgery patients Staffing and Ratios Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Strive for 4:1, can be 5:1 based on staffing. Patient Acceptance: Step-down and non-invasive monitoring patients. Mix of adult med-surg, telemetry, and step-down patients based on availability. Responsibilities Administer critical drips (e.g., Amiodarone, Esmolol, Insulin). Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications. 1+ year experience required.
