63568 Responsibilities: Bathe and dress patients, ensuring comfort and dignity. Serve meals and assist patients with eating as needed. Take vital signs and document findings accurately. Turn or reposition bedridden patients to prevent pressure sores. Collect and relay information about patients' conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors. Safely lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc. Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds and report findings. Clean and sanitize patient areas to maintain hygiene standards. Change bed sheets and restock patient rooms with necessary supplies. Monitor mental health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Qualifications: Relevant certification or degree in medical technology or a related field. Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
