Description: Level 1 Trauma center, 40 ORs, need at minimum of 2 yrs trauma experience and can scrub multiple specialties. 3- 12hr shifts, 7p-7a. Will be required to scrub Neuro including craniotomy, Robotics, General (including some thoracic), GU/GYN, Peds, Trauma and open Vascular. Endovascular a plus. Some ENT and plastics. Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): CST Specialty: Operating Room Number of Openings: numerous Shift: 7p-7a for nights Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): 1:4 weekends, 12 hour shifts Call Requirements: one overnight call, 11p-7a for Trauma call, if on a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho) Years of Experience: at least 2 years of experience Float Requirements: N/A Education & Certifications Required: Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): CST required Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): Unit Information: Number of Beds: 26 Patient Ratios: 1:1 Equipment: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot EMR: Epic Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Level 1 trauma experience Preferred Skillset/Experience: General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular Type of Patients on Unit: Operating Room Personality Fit: flexible, accountable, timely, teamplayer Dress Code: Scrub Color: Teal scrubs issued from the hospital
