Facility Details: -COVID and FLU vaccines required - exemptions considered. -DRIVERS ONLY - There is no public transportation between the hotels and the hospitals, and the closest major airport is 110 miles away. -Modules will be required before starting Orientation: - 40hrs, 13wks - Orientation on Mondays Unit Details: - BLS required - 2 years experience required - 5 x 8hours. - RN for cardiovascular clinic, M-F days - Float to M/S Tele & SDU if needed (exp required in these areas) - In middle of town, lots of dining and shops around - 1.5hrs from St. Louis
