May float to other clinics as needed. · Telephone Triage · Manages secure message inboxes · In-person triage · Provides follow-up care and consultation · Provide support to clinical staff based on clinic demands · Reviews and acts on test results (labs, x-ray) · Reviews and manages communications from interdisciplinary team Initiates and monitors intravenous (IV) infusions · Assists or performs procedures (e.g., ECGs, dressing changes, subcutaneous or intra- muscular injections, etc.) Required occupational training, certifications or license(s) Current Massachusetts license to practice.
