Day night Rotation may be needed Job Description: Monitors a patient's ECG patterns for abnormal rhythms and interval measurements and reports any changes to the nursing staff and physicians. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. This is a 13-week contract assignment and requires at least one 13-week previous travel assignment and two (2) years current experience required in specialty. Responsibilities Monitor and interpret medical monitors and equipment for cardiac rhythms. Respond to emergency situations in a calm and confident manner. Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare staff. Make sure that all patient care is up to the highest standards. Work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare team members. Utilize critical thinking skills to address issues as they arise. Maintain records and documentation related to patient care.
