Interim Director - Case Management The interim DIR would be overseeing 2 facilities (Nampa/Meridian). Granted we have Managers and Supervisors at both that will be assisting as needed. We also put together a checkoff list for the CM leaders and temp DIR regarding all meetings, committees, etc. f/u items. DIRECTOR/EDUCATOR mindset - Interim Director Case Manager RN minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience - preferably acute care, in-patient, high volume. Wanting someone who has a desire to lead/manager Prefer someone with academic instruction experience • Demonstrating Case Management best practices for staff including Nursing & Social work team. • Staying up to date on the latest advances in medicine and changes to best practice standards for patient care Required Certifications BLS (AHA)
