**ASAP START -7a-7:30pm -Required NY licensed -Must have BLS -272 bed LTC Post acute care -7 units includes (2 secure dementia units) -Post acute rehab – a lot of pts from hospital (2,3, 5, 7 mix short term rehab ) -1 person on 10L Continuous bipap, no vents, no new trachs, tube feeds, foleys, IVs, --PICCs, ports, fresh post op hips/knees/ elective surgeries, wound care, neb treatments.
