One year experience as a Sterile processing tech EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. EDUCATION PREFERRED: Successful completion of Central Sterile coursework SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
