If the nurses work more than 130 hours per month for 2 consecutive months, and can keep this cadence, we would offer them healthcare benefits. (Medical, Dental, and Vision.)
Our base plans are all free and covered by the company, but if they choose a higher tier for medical, then it would be deducted from their salary.
