Pros
Varied diagnoses and larger number of chairs than many others in OR outside the bigger cities. The staff/coworkers were great — at the time I was there 50% of the staff were travelers. We were all so well received that most of us extended at least once. Quaint downtown area. Fun weather (nothing too extreme) and good overall location to ocean, mtns, other bigger towns, natl park, redwoods.
Cons
Their staffing seems to turn over (maybe just the nature of the area?) so hope you have the same wonderful experience I had
