**UTSW has a 50-mile radius rule** - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Start Date: ASAP (no orientation on 10/28) - Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 - Shift Requirements: 10hr Days, 7a-5:30p - Float Requirements: None - On Call/Call Back Requirements: Average about (7) days of call per month. 1 weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) every 4 week, response time: 30min - Weekend/Holiday Requirements: weekend and holiday rotation - Required Certifications: TX RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS required; NIHSS preferred - Minimum Experience: 2yrs in specialty & Level I Trauma Experience preferred **previous travel experience required** - Charting Experience: Epic (within the past 6 mos.) - Unit Overview: 4 Cath lab rooms and average about 15 procedures per day - Required experience: Need experience in CCL, EP & CVICU. - Desired Skillset: Left heart Cath, right/left heart Caths, right hearts with biopsy, PCI, mitral clips, ASD closures and other structural heart procedures.
