Requirements: A compassionate, patient-centered approach in all interactions. Excitement for exploring the dynamic neighborhoods of the Mid Valley area while visiting multiple patients each day. A valid Physical Therapy license from the Physical Therapy Board of California. Prior experience in home health or hospice care is a plus, but above all, we value passion, dedication, and a commitment to patient care. Excellent communication skills and time management abilities, balancing efficiency with a personalized touch. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification and up-to-date TB clearance. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy is required. License/Certification: A valid Physical Therapy license is essential.
