Taxed Hourly: $8 Untaxed Stipend: $1,142 Gross Weekly:$1,462 Contract Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Location: Sardis Oaks Schedule: 3p-11p Certification/Licensure/Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in the position the worker is being submitted to; preferably 2 years or more. Important Notes: Temp to Perm. Worker must be willing to convert after the contract is over. The worker must either live within 45 minutes of the facility or be relocating to the area. Benefits Info: See benefits attachment Incentives/Relocation Assistance (If Applicable): Temp to Perm: Extensions will not be offered. Client is expecting the worker to go perm after the 13 week contract (based on performance and attendance). - Weekend Requirement: Workers are expected to work on the weekend rotation (every other weekend - both Sat and Sun). Please do not submit any workers that cannot fulfill this requirement). - Attendance: The client needs workers that are reliable. Skills: Current LPN licensure or temporary license as a licensed practical nurse petitioner required. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required
