Pros
there version of Epic is AWESOME, two screens at every work station, ergonomic work stations w/ desks that raise and fall, all the electronics work, you have supplies, there is even a FULLY stocked DME closet that is so very helpful. Beautiful campus, nice cafe, my fav thing is that you have all the resources to do your job, and all the resources work as they are intended to.
Cons
very regimented, you are responsible for absolutely everything from the very top to the very bottom, there are no assistance- you do all the UR, admits, d/c, IM/Moon, you have to chase down the MD's, meeting w/ manager/directors/MD's is unnecessarily stressful, leadership does this on purpose, MD's don't show up, so you are responsible for the medical and CM side, which is metric ton of info, and you are expected to know all- lower case loads mean WAYYYY more work, leadership is less desired, more work than you have time for- absolutely NO CLOCKING in early or late, 2-4 meetings a day, leaving you approx. 5-6 hrs to do the days work - less if you take yr break - if you are on time, you are considered late

Pros
I have a great experience working with Lancesoft, and I can certainly say I’ve found my long term agency. From the initial encounter, my recruiter Ajay W. did not only found opportunities that aligned with my interests and experience, but he provided valuable guidance throughout the onboarding process and helped me secured a great contract. I’m excited to continue this partnership and look forward to future opportunities with Lancesoft. I highly recommend Ajay W. to any nurse looking for a professional, supportive, knowledgeable and proactive recruiter.
