Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home** Candidates MUST BE within 70 miles of facility **1st reference needs to be from specialty clinician is being submitting to. 2nd reference needs to be from supervisor (charge or higher). MUST HAVE THESE TWO (2) REFERENCES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING** Providence Saint Joseph Health Saint Mary - Apple Valley (San Bernardino County!) Requirements - 2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty - BLS, ARRT, advanced ARRT, CA CRT, CT - Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified - EPIC experience, 3s/4s Unit details: -Ped and adult -Outpatient, inpatient, ER - Trauma L1-3 Orientation Details - There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training. Shift Detail - 12-hour shifts -Shift start and end times may vary Additional Details - Charting system: Epic - 3 month separation - previous perm staff will need to be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval
