T4H Job ID: 15045693 Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE) Contract Length: 13 weeks Start: 10/7 or 10/21. Float Requirement: float pool first to float between Deaconess Midtown/Gateway (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY 11 miles). Weekend/Holiday Requirement: every other weekend/every other holiday rotation. Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS. Minimum Experience: Must have 1 year of Med/Surg (prefer 2 years). 1 travel assignment required. Trauma level 1 or 2 required. Tele experience is HIGHLY preferred Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required. Level II Trauma Facility, Teaching Facility, Acute Care. Ratios 1:7 Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubs Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required .
