Pharmacist needed to support hospital to work in cancer center in Kingman, AZ. Housing, travel, benefits offered to the qualified candidate. 'Responsible for dispensing prescriptions and monitoring patient drug therapy in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards. This responsibility includes activities inclusive of, but not limited to, medication order/prescription dispensing, compounding, monitoring of patient medication therapies, counseling patients, documenting interventions, providing drug information and supervising support personnel. Equipment utilized: MediTech Expanse; CII Safe; Pyxis. Minimum of 1 year experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist and must be AZ licensed.'
