From the very beginning Archita has been very responsive and able to answer all of my questions. She has been available via call, text and email and has always respected my preferred method of contact. The onboarding process was smooth and fairly quick all due to the team working together well. Both Archita and Deepak worked very hard during the medical clearance part of onboarding to have a specific clinic approved where I was more comfortable going to which meant a lot to me. I currently worknight shift and Archita has worked well with getting in contact with me at appropriate hours. Because of Archita and Deepak I have been able to extend more than once on my current assignment and keep my original rate which nowadays doesn’t happen often.
