About
Boulder is an outdoor-lovers dream. Located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, the city is a short 30-minute drive from Denver, the capital of Colorado. But Boulder’s proximity to the mountains has a price—sitting a little over a mile above sea level, you may have to stop to catch your breath when visiting. Boulder is home to the University of Colorado Boulder and known for its many breweries like Vision Quest and Avery. Pearl Street is the quaint, urban home to a slew of restaurants and art galleries, perfect for wandering and exploring the city. For those looking to get off the grid, bring your hiking boots because Boulder has countless hikes and natural areas, such as Eldorado Canyon and the Flatirons.
