-The CVOR Tech performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients.

Required Education:
-Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program.

Required Certification &amp; Licensure:
-Certification as a Surgical Technologist

BLS-CPR
Certification as a Surgical Technologist

Needs at least one (1) year of experience in CVOR – 
At least one (1) year of experience with all of the following : Open Heart, replacement and creation of valves, bypass, endovascular and open vascular cases.
