Education:        
1. BSN preferred. 
2. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. 
3. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. 
4. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. 
5. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. 

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: 
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

ACLS - AHA
BLS - AHA
RN

At least 1 year experience circulating a heart room 
Must be able to circulate other rooms 
Nurse to Patient ratio – 1:1 
Monday – Friday 7am – 330pm; Heart rooms from 550am – 220pm when circulating in first room Possible schedules: 2 – 8-hours and 2 – 12-hours
5 – 8 hours, 7 – 12 days per month for on-call. Usually in the afternoons 730pm – 520am/620am Monday – Friday 
Weekends are 24-hour on-call
