LeaderStat is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Southwest Florida. Local candidates are accepted, but can impact total pay package. 

Applicants should be current and qualified to work in the state of Florida at time of application. 

This position requires: 

•    Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
•    Diagnosing movement dysfunction.
•    Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
•    Creating personalized fitness-oriented heal care programs for patients
•    Advising patient on exercise techniques
•    Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics, and health.
•    Consulting and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
•    Documenting patient care progress and updating plan of care and goals.
•    Performs administrative tasks, participates in interdisciplinary care conferences, recommends equipment and continuing services, and patient/family education.


Estimated Pay Package

Total Gross Pay Weekly $: 2275
Pay Rate per Hour $: 20.00
Weekly Housing Stipend $: 1075.00
Meals Allowance ($): 300.00
