Description

• Will position float between units: Yes
• Is on-call required? No
• Are weekends required? Yes 6 weekend shifts
• Are block schedules required? No
• What are expected ratios? 1:4
• Special requirements: expereine-post cardiac procedures, IV cardiac medications/drips
• Are 48 hours approved: Yes7a-7:30p
RN should be comfortable Floating to Med/Surg and PCU
Night Shift, 13 week assignment, possibly longer
Traveler must hold CURRENT NY license.
Coronary Care experience needed as well
Traveler should have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment.
First time travelers will NOT be considered.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Previous hospital RN experience is preferred.

Ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.
Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner.
Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.
Enterprise Solutions, Inc (NimbusNest, Inc) Job ID #IMC--Intermediate-Care-Unit. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
