Current and valid Nebraska (or compact state) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required
Minimum 1+ years of long term care experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
