There are always positions available in Dialysis through this agency, something that is less reliable with other agencies. I agree that the pay is generally standard for the industry, the services/benefits provided are through far-flung HR types that do not seem to maintain a close relationship with the recruiters, reinforcing the feeling of being 'just a commodity'.
