Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) in CT
  • Maryland State License

Special Requirements

• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • NIH Stroke Certification (required for ER)
  • Certification verification for various specialties (e.g., Cath Lab Tech, Radiology Tech)

• Health Documents:

  • Physical Exam (updated annually)
  • Tdap vaccine (within the last 10 years)
  • QuantiFERON-TB Gold test or TST (within 90 days of start)
  • Drug Testing (11 panel including nicotine and marijuana)
  • COVID-19 vaccination (full vaccination required, no exemptions)

• Background Checks:

  • 7-year criminal check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM checks
  • HHS/OIG checks
