Shifts: Mostly Days, varying shifts of 8-10 hours depending on department needs
On Call Requirements:

• Minimum of 10-12 call shifts per month
• Expected to be part of the on-call team during holidays

Required Credentials and Certifications

1. Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required for all direct patient care personnel.
2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU.
3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required for RNs in the Emergency Department.
4. License/Certificate Verification - Must be verified within 30 days of start.
5. Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire - Required for onboarding.
6. Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training - Required for Iowa only.
7. Trinity IA Sing Report - Criminal history check required.
8. Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen - Must be completed within 30 days of start.
9. Physical/Health Statement - Documentation from an exam within the last year.
10. COVID-19 Vaccine - Proof of vaccination or declination required.
11. Hepatitis B Vaccine - Proof of vaccination required.
12. Influenza Vaccine - Proof of vaccination required during flu season.
13. Tdap Vaccine - Current vaccination required.
14. Varicella Vaccine - Proof of vaccination required.
15. Fit Test - Required for respiratory protection.
16. NIHSS Certification - Required for stroke assessment.
17. Trinity Skills Checklist - Must be completed for clinical contractors.
