Position Details

Job Requirements
- Experience:
- 2 years of ICU experience required
- Previous travel experience is necessary
- Unit Flexibility:
- ICU FLOAT can be assigned to any of the 3 ICU units: Neuro/Cardiac, Neuro Trauma, CV/MS
Scheduling and Availability
- Holiday Time Off: No holiday time off is permitted as per manager requests.
- Weekend Requirement:
- No self-scheduling; 4 weekend shifts are required per 4-week work schedule cycle.
- Patient Ratio: 1:2-3 (3 patients possible, but not typical).
Additional Information
- Training:
- Healthcare professionals (HCPs) must attend EPIC training during the second half of the day at TMH orientation.
- There is an opportunity to test out of the training; if unsuccessful, full training must be completed before being released to the unit.
- Manager Communication: IVS Manager will provide unit descriptions (UDs) for Vogter Neuro ICU, CVMS ICU, & Neuro Cardiac IMCU to candidates for review.
