Job Description

• Position: L&D RN (Labor and Delivery)
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in LDRP and Triage
• EPIC Experience: Required
• Floating Between Units: Yes
• On-Call Required: No
• Weekends Required: Yes (Every other weekend)
• Block Schedules Required: No
• Expected Ratios: AWHONN Standards
• 48-Hour Shifts Approved: Yes

• State License Verification: Required
• NURSYS Verification: Required for RNs
• IV Certification: Required for LVN/LPN/Other
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB): Required
• NIH Stroke Certification: Required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute: Required
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required

Additional Requirements

• Background Check: Required within 45 days of start
• Physical Exam: Required within 1 year of start
• Drug Testing: 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start
• Vaccinations:

  • Tdap Vaccine
  • Flu Vaccine (during flu season)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination or Declination
• References: Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years
