Job Description

Position: MED TELE CHARGE RN
Requirements:
- Documented charge experience within work history
- Documented med/tele experience and checklist
Unit Details:
- 32 bed unit
- Adult/older adult population
- Patient Ratio: 1:5
- Types of Patients: Trauma patients, Heparin drips, and all acute medications as ordered
Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Technology: EPIC EMR
Specialty Equipment:
- Gait belts
- Geriatric chairs
- PT Equipment
Preferred Experience:
- Skilled Nursing/Rehab
- Prior NICHE training a plus
