Additional Information

• Overtime & Billing Rules:

  • Billing Cycle: Weekly
  • Overtime Rate: Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr for hours worked over 40 hours/week.
  • Holiday Rate: Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr.
  • On-call rate defined in the Job Posting.
  • For 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the agency invoices the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift; no elevated billing for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12.

• Credentialing:

  • Preferred to send credentialing in one batch.
  • Updates are acceptable but should be sent all at once once completed.

• Housing Options in King City:

  1. Keefer’s Inn – Good for 2-4 weeks until an apartment is found.
  2. Greenfield Village Apartments (in nearby Greenfield).

• Billing Process:

  • Agency invoices Mee Memorial Hospital directly for temp staff.
  • Defined workweek: Monday at 12:01 AM to the following Sunday at 11:59 PM.
