Job Description
- Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
- Schedule: Day/night rotating 50/50, every other weekend, and holidays
- Experience Required: 1+ years of travel and level 1 experience
Required Credentials
BLS Certification
- Accepted from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.
- Required for onboarding.
License/Certificate Verification
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification.
- Required for onboarding.
Fit Test
- N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date.
- No onsite fit testing available.
MGB Medication Exam
- 80% passing score required within 365 days.
- Accepted from any testing site.
COVID-19 Vaccine
- Completed primary vaccination series required.
- No exemptions or waivers considered.
MMR Vaccination
- Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine required.
- Proof of immunity via blood test accepted.
Influenza Vaccine
- Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
- No exemptions or waivers considered.
TB Test
- Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test required within 3 months of start date.
Health Statement
- Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date.
MGB Criminal Background Check
- Required for onboarding.
MGB Massachusetts CORI
- Criminal history check required for the state of MA.
MGB Resume
- Must include past 7 years of work experience and education.
MGB References
- Minimum of 2 recent references, including at least 1 supervisor.
MGB Skills Checklist
- Required for submission.
MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form
- Required for all initial assignments and extensions.
MGB Education Verification
- Verification of highest level of education achieved.
MGB SSN Trace
- Must verify addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.
MGB National Sex Offender Check
- Required for onboarding.

- Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
