• Shift: Alternating 3x12s (0700-1930/19:00-0730)
• Schedule: Weekends only (Friday - Sunday)

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse
• Licensure: MN state license (not a compact state)
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required for applicable roles
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - Required for L&D/OB
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - Required for ER
  • EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) - Preferred for L&D/OB

Additional Information

• Local Candidates: Not accepted (must live more than 50 miles from the facility)
• RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within the first week of start date. No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment.
• Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical Exam: Required within 1 year of start
• Fit Mask: Required for all candidates
• Vaccinations:

  • Tdap vaccination required
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray documentation required
  • Flu vaccination documentation required between 10/1-3/31
  • COVID-19 vaccination preferred, with options for medical/religious exemptions

Background and Verification

• Background Check: Required within a year of start
• References: Two references required from recent employers within the last 2 years
• Education Verification: Required for all candidates except CNAs

Competencies

• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required for RNs, updated annually
• Competency Exam: Required as applicable by profession, updated annually

Dress Code

• Scrub color to be confirmed in the facility profile; RRTs wear Dove Gray scrubs (light gray).
