Job Description

Position: Cath Lab RN Days
Experience Required: 1 year
First-time travelers are welcome.
Competencies in Electrophysiology (EP) and/or Cath Lab are required.
Call and weekends are required, with possible work on holidays.

Contract Length

13 weeks

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
BLS - Basic Life Support
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (as applicable)
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (as applicable)
CHEMO - Chemotherapy (as applicable)
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (as applicable)
Tech Cert Verification - National (as applicable)
HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
State License Verification
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) (as applicable)
NIH Stroke Certification (as applicable)
CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute (as applicable)

Competencies Required

Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Color Blind Testing Online
Competency Exam
Core Parts I, II, III (for Subs only)

Health Documents Required

Physical Exam within 12 months of start
Fit Test required within 1 year of start
Adult TDAP Vaccine within 10 years of start
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
Drug Testing - Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start
Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation - Required for new candidates starting in the specified period
COVID-19 Vaccination - Documentation required for Dose 1 and Dose 2 (if applicable)

Background and History Checks

7 Year Background Check within 1 year of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM - Required upon hire
HHS/OIG - Required upon hire
References - 2 Professional References required for Travel, Allied, Per Diem Acute Care
