Position Details

Specialty: Acute Surgery Unit (6271D)
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Schedule: 7pm - 7am
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in the specialty
Certifications:
- Required: BLS
- Preferred: ACLS
Technology: Experience with Cerner is preferred
Unit Characteristics:
- Very fast-paced environment
- Discharges: 8-15 patients daily
- Admissions: Approximately the same number, from ED, PACU, or direct admits
- Support: An ADT (admission, discharge, transfer) nurse is available to assist with patient flow
