Qualifications

• Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Special Requirements:

  • EPIC experience
  • Level 1 trauma experience or Level 2 + travel
  • No recent Atrium employees (including PRN and internal temp) within the past year
  • No travelers that recently lived locally

• Documentation:

  • North Carolina Driver's License must list an address greater than 50 miles from the facility.
  • Residency Declaration Form if using a compact license that is not NC.
  • Various certifications and health documents as specified (e.g., TB questionnaire, flu vaccination documentation).
• Background Check: 7-year comprehensive background check required within 45 days of start.
