Job Description
- Candidates must ensure that the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission.

- New graduates are welcome to apply, but SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience is preferred.
- A COVID-19 test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before starting.
