Job details

Job Summary: Travel/Contract Registered Nurse position at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
Unit accepts 1st time travelers
Skills: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias
Target Ratios: 1:6
Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeks.
Shift: 12HR NIGHTS
Float Requirement: Floating required as needed.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required.

Job requirements

Required Skills: BCLS, NIH
Preferred Skills: IV Start
State License Requirements: North Carolina Registered Nurse License

Schedule information

Self scheduling, confirmed by unit.
Unit Orientation: 24 hours
Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.

Unit specific information

Scrubs: Navy Blue

Additional Details

Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty
RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
