- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- State License 1 Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- Med/Surg - Orthopedics
- This req is to extend current traveler for 7 weeks, starting on 1/19/25 - 3/8/25 and ending on a Saturday.
- Current assignment dates: 10/06/24 - 01/18/2025
- No RTO.
- 3 - 12 hour shift per week, 1900-0730. Every third weekend and holidays are required.
- Required per Vaya standard.
- Current/valid Drivers License required if driving is requirement of the position.
- Required for clinical positions only.
- National Certification/Verification within 30 days of start & upon expiration.
