Certification details
- Radiology Technologist
- Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)
- Shift: 5x8 Days (Variable, but 0730-1600 M-F, most of the time)
- Years of Experience REQ: 3-5 years preferred. Required: Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development, and life stages to meet each patient’s need and Required: Demonstrated venipuncture competency and Required: PACS/RIS knowledge and Preferred: ImageCast/CareCast experience
- Epic Experience REQ: 1 year of Epic experience is preferred.
- Certs REQ: ARRT(R) and BLS required, and Alaska Fluoro is preferred
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: shift is M-F most of the time
- Is on-call REQ? Yes, Some Surgery call
- Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
- Open to accommodating block schedule? shift is M-F most of the time
- Locals Accepted: No
- Pending State License Accepted: Required Radiology Technologist - Alaska
- RTO Restrictions: N/A
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Top 10 Procedures/Scans: General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, and Surgical C-Arms.
- Most Common Equipment: Siemens Radiology and GE/OEC C-Arms
- Number of Scans/Procedures per day: 15-20
