Work Experience
Description
- Telemetry Tech position at St Lukes Meridian Medical Center
- Monitors cardiac rhythms and/or O2 saturation
- Records ECG strips and updates patient data
- Handles communication and assists staff as needed
- Must have 1 year of experience
Job details
- Must have 1 year of experience
- Complete facility modules and pass them
Job requirements
- 0700-1930 and 1900-0730 shifts
- Minimum 5 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule
- Schedule made out for 6 weeks at a time
- Travelers should be flexible with scheduling
- No call or standby requirement
Schedule information
- Unit Charge nurse oversees the unit
- Unit specific orientation of 1-2 shifts with a preceptor
- Scrub color/dress code: Any color
Unit specific information
- BLS is not required
- Unit has 121 beds with a 1:40 patient ratio
- Travelers may float to like units and Med/Surg if needed

Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
