Job Description: Rehabilitation Therapy position at La Grande Post Acute Rehabilitation.
New Grad candidates are acceptable.
SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.

Job requirements

State License Verification required.
Resume and references (3) must be attached.
Criminal background checks (County, Federal, Multi-State, Nationwide Sex Offender) for 7 years or more are required.
HHS/OIG Search and GSA Search are required.
Social Security Number Trace is required.
2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray are required.
Oregon State Background - CRIMS (facility run) is required.

Schedule information

Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.

I really enjoy working for Access Healthcare. My recruite, Deina, goes to bat for me. The agency pays better than other agencies. They will match pay as well. Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
