Additional Details

Valid for 2 years. Available for free at https://calcivilrights.ca.gov/shpt/ Covered in WAMC orientation packet when they come into facility under Essentials.
Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity
Annual Respirator fit test. Locations that allow onsite testing: NJ - Saint Michael's Medical Center, NJ-Saint Mary's Hospital (Mask Accepted: 3M 9205+), CA-West Anaheim Medical Center, CA-Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center.
Declinations accepted for Hepatitis B and Flu Vaccine.
Every 4 years if positive PPD.

I really enjoy working for Access Healthcare. My recruite, Deina, goes to bat for me. The agency pays better than other agencies. They will match pay as well. Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
