- LONG TERM CARE RN - For Auto Offers, RTO must be 3 days max
- Start Date: ASAP (4-6 weeks from offer for compliance requirements) IF NOT LICENSED, WILL NEED TO BOOK 10-12 WEEKS OUT TO ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR LICENSE TO POST.
- Shift: 3x12 Night (7pm-7:30am)
- Ratios: 8:1 days; 13:1 nights
- Years of Experience REQ: Home Health or LTC exp preferred. Travel experience is preferred.
- Epic REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is preferred.
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: TBD
- Certs REQ: BLS
- Skills REQ: IV Insertion, PICC Lines
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Rarely
- Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD
- Locals Accepted: No
- Pending License Accepted: Yes but w/o an AK license they have to be booked 10-12 weeks out
- RTO Restrictions: We do not have any specific requirements around Holidays, however if the traveler is here for more than one recognized holiday we would ask them to work one of the holidays.
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
- Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: CVA, Dementia, RA, Afib, Hip fx, Parkinsons, BKA, PNA, COPD, BKA, Hunntington's dx
- Common Equipment: Hoyer lift, SARA lift, tube feeding pump, IV pump
- This is an LTC unit; however, since it is the only LTC/Nursing Home in the PeaceHealth system, it functions more like an LTAC or step-down unit to MedSurg.

Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
