Description
- BLS - AHA
- ACLS - AHA
- NIHSS
- Progressive care nurses are registered nurses who are skilled in assessing and treating acutely ill patients.
- They monitor critical vital signs, detect changes, and perform interventions when required.
- They provide care to patients who do not require treatment in Intensive Care Units, but whose conditions need constant observation and monitoring.
- 2+ years of experience - Required
- Neuro PCU - Required
- Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (MI State License/Lara & BLS - AHA & ACLS - AHA, NIHSS)
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction for one 13 week contract)
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
- Unit: NPC
- Patient Ratio: 1:4/5 (Target) to 1:6
- This client has a rebate of 2% of all billings related to this assignment; passthrough expenses are not subject to any rebates. Please see section 14.6.1 of SSP Master Agreement for details.

Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees.
